Q. Why should I sign up for an account?
Signing up allows you to track your offers and/or any referral commission that you may have earned. You will also have your information saved with us to speed up your next checkout process.
Q. I haven't received a confirmation email. What Should I do?
Please ensure that you have entered a valid email address, and that the confirmation email has not been sent to your Junk or Spam Mail Folder. Some email programs may mistakenly misroute your confirmation email. We recommend adding Infotainment.com to your list of Safe Senders to ensure proper email delivery. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email please reach out to us by visiting out contact us page.

Q. How long does it take to get a quote?
Just answer a few questions regarding the condition of your product and you will receive an instant offer on our website.
Q. Can I sell multiple items?
Yes! You can sell as many car parts as you like.
Q. What if I don't know what I am selling?
Feel free to contact us via email with Y/M/M, VIN and photos of the item your trying to sell.
Q. What if I don't see any offers matching my item?
If you don’t see your item listed we are not currently offering any cash back for that item. Feel free to check back at a later time for updates.
Q. What if I'm not sure about the condition of my product?
No problem, just select a condition that you feel is accurate. Once we receive your item(s), we will evaluate it and adjust the offer accordingly.
Please note that the final offer price could end up being higher or lower. If it’s lower, we will provide a detailed email regarding the adjustment and you would then have 3 days to accept the offer. If you do not respond within the 3 day time period, we will assume you have accepted the offer and will initiate the payment to be processed.
Q. Do you purchase parts that are not working?
Yes, we purchase many parts that may be defective or missing pieces. We also, purchase items such as digitizers, main boards, center stack displays etc.
Q. Is my personal data erased from the item(s)?
Yes. Our technians see to it that every electronic item is wiped of all personal data.
Q. Which automotive manufactures do you buy?
We purchase factory parts from Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Toyota vehicles.
Q. What kinds of parts do you purchase?
We purchase the latest factory infotainment systems.
Q. Do you buy aftermarket equipment?
No, only factory equipment.
Q. What if my device isn't eligible for an offer?
We will recycle it for you for free. We are partnered with Green Business Bureau to make an impact and conserve our environment.
Q. Do you test the products?
Yes, all items are tested upon arrival.
Q. How long does inspection take?
Inspections are done within 1-2 business days of receiving the product.
Q. How are my items evaluated?
Each part is evaluated via multiple steps including factoring supply & demand. The first is making sure that the model you have selected is accurate compared to the device delivered. We assess the physical condition of the item(s) to see if the category you selected matches its description, look for scratches, dents, etc. We also look to see if the item(s) is real or counterfeit, as well as if there was any tampering to the device. Any counterfeit or tampered device will automatically be denied. Your item(s) is then checked for water damage and powered on. If your item matches we then compare your item to the current market value and assess the highest offer. If your assessment was accurate, we will send you the money in the method selected. If not, we will offer you a new price, which you can accept, or ask for your item(s) back. You have 3 business days to respond to your new offer or your item will be forfeited and recycled.
Q. Can I send in my item without an offer?
No. If an item is sent without an offer, your item is subject to being recycled. All recycled items are not subject to any email notifications. If you already received an offer be sure to include the necessary quote inside the box.
Q. How come I received a "RECYCLE" quote?
All quotes are based on the current market supply & demand. If you received a “RECYCLE” quote it means that we are not currently offering any cash offers at the moment but you may still choose to be GREEN and send in your item to be recycled by us. Offers vary every 22 days and may increase or decrease. If you are not satsified with your offer, you may check your item again on our website to see if you offer has changed.
Payments
Q. What forms of payment do you offer?
We offer payments via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Check, or Store Credit. Bank wire transfers may be requested for Wholesale Vendors only.
Q. How fast do I get my payment?
Once your item passes inspection your payment will be processed within 1-2 business days. If you are receiving a check, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.
Q. How can I apply my store credit to a purchase?
Once your item passes inspection you will receive an email confirmation with your “COUPON CODE”. You may apply the coupon code to www.Infotainment.com upon checkout.
Q. What does it mean if my PayPal payment is pending?
If you have received your Paypal payment but it has not cleared with your bank it might be considered “Pending”. Contact the Finance department at finance@infotainment.com, to have your funds released to you.
Q. What should I do if I do not receive my payment?
If you have not received your payment within 1-2 weeks, please check your tracking information. If your equipment arrived at Infotainment, contact us at 1-855-636-6287 EXT: 202 or email us at finance@infotainment.com. Depending on your preferred payment method, allow 3-7 business days for clearance unless it a check. For checks allow 4-6 weeks to arrive.
Q. What if I haven't received my check?
Allow 4-6 weeks for your check to arrive via United States Postal Service. Once the time has elapsed check with your local postal service first before contacting us.
Q. What if I chose check as my payment option, but I have moved locations?

Q. What's a W-9?
Form W-9 is a commonly used IRS form for providing necessary information to a person or company that will be making payments to another person or company.
Q. Who needs to fill out a W-9?
Independent contractors or Businesses receiving payment of $600 or more.
Q. What happens if I refuse to fill out a W-9?
If you refuse to fill in the W-9, we are obliged to withhold taxes from your payment at a rate of 24%. Businesses in the United States are instructed by the IRS to request the W-9 be completed by any service provider they are paying US $600 or more to during the tax year.
Shipping
Q. Do I have to pay for shipping?
If you live in the 48 Contiguous States of the United States, we offer free shipping to send your item to us. HI, AK, PR, APO, FPO of the United States and International customers must supply their own postage.
Q. How can I get my shipping label?
Once you accept the offer during checkout, you’ll be prompted to create a shipping label. Please print out the shipping label and follow the instructions on the label. Once your package is ready to ship, please drop it off at the nearest FedEx location. Ensure your item is packaged to standard to avoid shipping damage.
Q. What shipping service do you use?
Our free shipping labels are provided by FedEx. You can drop off your items at any drop off location near you.
Q. How do I ship an item to Infotainment Trade-In?
Go to our website and fill out which item your trying to sell to retrieve your offer and add your item to checkout. At the end of checkout you will be able to print your free shipping label.
Q. How do I package my item to ship?
You must provide your own packaging to ship your item(s) to us. If you are not inclined to do so, please visit one of the FedEx locations near you with your item & shipping label for assistance.
Q. How long do I have to ship my item to you?
The price Infotainment has offered you is valid for TWENTY-ONE (21) days. If we receive your item AFTER TWENTY-ONE (21) days, Infotainment shall re-evaluate your item and price it at the CURRENT market value.
Q. How can I find a drop off location to ship my package?

Q. What happens if my package is in transit or lost?
If you provided postage to ship your equipment, contact the carrier with tracking. If Infotainment provided postage, email finance@infotainment.com for further assistance.
Q. My package weighs more than the weight shown on the shipping label. What should I do?
That’s okay. FedEx will charge us for the difference in weight if there is any.
Q. What if I do not have a printer to print out my shipping label?
If you do not have a printer, that’s okay. After creating your label you will also get a QR code. Use your QR code when you drop off your package and FedEx will print the label for you.
Q. What if my item is damaged in shipping?
It is your responsibility to make sure that your item(s) are fully secure when you ship them. Infotainment will then offer you an amount based off the condition we receive your equipment in.
Q. Is my package Insured?
Don’t worry about accidental damage to your package during shipping – we’ve got you covered! Our standard insurance covers up to $100, but if you want full coverage, you can purchase our shipping insurance at checkout. Your insurance fee will be deducted out of your offer payment. Just make sure to package your items properly to avoid the claim being denied due to insufficient packaging. Please note that our insurance does not cover denied claims or missing/incorrect items. If we suspect any fraud, we have the right to deny your claim regardless of the carrier’s decision.

An Independent contractor or Buisness that is selling automotive equipment to Infotainment in large quanities.
Q. How can I become a Wholesale Vendor?
Wholesale inquiries are for Independent contractors or Businesses exceeding selling volume of 15 or more parts. Contact our Finance team via email at Finance@infotainment.com., where they will schedule a conference to discuss further requirements.
Q. What forms of payment do you offer for Wholesale Vendors?
We offer payments via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Check, ACH, & Bank Wire. These payment options are set up when your account is first created. If you wish to change exisiting payments, please contact our Finance team.
Q. How is my item being recycled?
Your trade-in parts are recycled in many different ways. We strive to make an impact on our planet by taking the time to recycle the as many of the components as possible. Our certified technicians determine which level of refurbishment is required for each product, whether it’s repairing, refinishing, reprogramming or simply recycling the item to be destroyed to recreate other metals and molds. We take pride in refurbishing factory parts to continue life in the automotive industry.
